1/ Supply

9 / Jurisdiction
The conditions of sale are governed by French law. All disputes which may arise between the parties concerning, inter alia, the validity, interpretation, performance or termination of the contract shall be finally settled by the Tribunal de Commerce de Tarascon (Bouches du Rhone, France) ARTICLE 9 - CANCELLATION A SHOW.
